Dry Hire Bar Service - *US$50 per hour, per bar

Enhance your event experience with our professional dry-hire bar service. We offer two fully equipped bar locations within the Triple Pond Venue - one situated at the Pavilion and another in the Dugout. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining the required licenses and providing all the event alcohol. Triple Pond will maintain insurance coverage and trained staff.

 

Day-of Coordinator - *Starting at US$50 

Stress-Free days at Triple Pond: Meet our Day-Of Coordinator! Let us handle the on-site logistics of your event! Our dedicated Day-Of Coordinator ensures smooth vendor management, timeline adherence, and seamless execution, so you can relax and enjoy your special occasion at Triple Pond.

 

On-Site Transportation - *US$25 per hour

Experience seamless movement throughout our venue with our convenient golf cart transportation. Designed for accessibility and ease, our cart provides a quick and comfortable way for attendees to navigate between event areas.  

 

Space Heater - US$50 each

Keep your guests cozy! Rent our reliable space heaters for your event. We offer a set of six heaters. Ideal for distributing warmth throughout your event and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
